Meet Charlotte

Princess Cupcake is my baking alter ego, a superhero whose mission is to fill the world with tasty baked goods and sprinkles, assisted by my faithful sidekick Sprinkle. My superpower? Well that involves annoying my enemies by coating them in pink edible glitter that just won’t come off.

Baking has been a hobby of mine for about 5 years now, and it’s just become such a huge part of my life. Nothing makes me happier than creating something tasty for my friends and family. I’m always thinking of new recipes and cake designs and I strive to try out as many of them as is physically possible!  

This blog started because I needed somewhere other than Facebook to document all my adventures and experiments but now I’m really hoping to expand and make this blog as informative as possible! Princess Cupcake will be 1 year old this year, let’s hope shall be the first of many birthdays!

Meet Sprinkle

Sprinkle is my faithful sidekick and mascot who started out as a little pencil sketch I did one afternoon. One day (when I have time) Sprinkle shall be reborn as an adorable plushie, until then he is trapped in the form of an MS Paint drawing. He hopes that everyone else finds him as adorable as I do!
